HR Managers

In order to access the Pre-employment Medical Screening Application you will need to enter the Username and Password which was included within your welcome letter. Should you require any assistance please contact the Customer Services Team on the number above, or e-mail us at customer.service@healthassured.co.uk  .

In respect of Night Worker Medical Screening and Health Surveillance Risk Audits please contact your Account Manager (01823 413003) or e mail office@healthassured.co.uk and we will set up the bespoke links to your dedicated pages for this service.  We can also send you a PDF of the questionnaires and input the data for you, however there is a small charge for this element of the service.

Occupational Health Referrals 

If you are an existing Health Assured Client, and would like one of our clinicians to assist in establishing if a Management Referral would be of benefit, based on the individual circumstances of the case, then please "click" the icon and submit the form. We will then be in a position to respond from a position of knowledge.

 Pre-Commencement Online Medical Questionnaire - HR / Employer 

HR Managers - Please access the system and add the details of your candidate. You will be given the option to e-mail the Username and Password details to the candidate, or simply register them, and then communicate this information within your own correspondence. You are able to access the system anytime, day or night and check the progress / activity to date.

Please do make use of the online tools, they are fun, motivational and informative. It is Important , and we would like to stress that your information will remain completely confidential at all times, and whilst we may provide aggregated and anonymous data to Employers from time to time, highlighting the general results within the work place, we will never, under any circumstance divulge any information about individuals, either specifically or by association.

Your Health Assured EAP, provides unlimited access to our fun, motivational and informative Online Health Portal which covers includes information and support in the following areas: 

• Emotional Support
• Personal Coaching (including the Online Stress & Coaching Questionnaire)
• Medical Fact Sheets
• Fitness Advice - including Video Guides
• Health Assessments - Online

You will require the company login details to access the Online Health portal as advertised on the Online promotional items around your work place, also available from your Group Coordinator. 

To participate in the personalised and confidential assessments you will be required to create your own unique login for the assessments; allowing us to send you a confidential and personalised report.
