• The telephone based counsellors are all BACP accredited (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work within a framework of clinical supervision, including regular de-briefing sessions.
• Our network of over 600 BACP accredited counsellors is carefully managed and supervised, with clinical outcomes audited and monitored, by the counselling team, clinical lead.
• Legal advice is provided by Qualified and experienced individuals
• Tax advice is offered by Accountants.
• Medical information is provided by qualified nurses.
• Occupational Health screening is provided by Occupational Health, qualified nurses (OHAs)
• The physicians who review the capability of your employees will be qualified in Occupational medicine, and every report will be thoroughly reviewed and quality assured before it is sent to you, the client
• The legal advice, provided in support of the Management Referral is delivered by Employment Law specialists. £100,000 of legal expenses insurance is also incorporated within the Health Assured EAP+ Programme
