Health Assured Ltd is absolutely commited to providing a world class service, in a highly innovative,  and cost effective manner.

Our Service Standards in support of our Pre-employment Medical Screening are as follows:

• Web-based Questionnaires are reviewed on the day of receipt and a response e-mailed to the Referring Manager.
• Any telephone follow ups, will be undertaken by a suitably qualified clinician, within 1 working day.
• Where the candidate is not available, or answering the phone, Health Assured Ltd will call the candidate twice a dayand leave an appropriet message. On the third day, Health Assured Ltd will contact the Referring Manager and request intervention.
• Any Face to Face interventions (or Medical Reports) will only be obtained, following written consent to proceed from the Referring Manager.
• Appointments for Face to Face consultaions will be made within 5 working days
• A report will be issued to the Referring Manager within 2 working days, following the consultation, or receipt of a medical report.
